Tat Effby is a cartoonist and illustrator with work for Private Eye Magazine, Cath Tate Cards, the Guardian and My Shrewsbury Magazine.

Tat’s cartoon series ‘Back in My Day’ appears regularly in Private Eye Magazine and takes apart the strangled meaning of contemporary buzz-speak.

My Shrewsbury Magazine features her cartoon strip that concerns itself with the comings and goings and ups and downs of the wildfowl on Shrewsbury’s bend in the river Severn.

Her work is a mix of digital illustration, real-life watercolour and banging her head against the desk.

Signed cartoon prints and textiles are available to buy from her exhibition.
