Artists work

Carol lives and works in Shrewsbury, she went to art school at Glyndwr University in North Wales and after graduating, worked in animation for film and TV, places include Warner Bros., Uli Myers Studio, Channel 4 and the BBC.

She began working more in illustration when living near Oxford, with her first range of greetings cards for The Really Good Card Company and a children’s book for Oxfordshire County Council, also working with graphic design agencies in the area.

Recent works include illustrations for children’s books with local authors, children’s drawing workshops and talks in primary schools as well as exhibiting in Shropshire galleries.

She mainly works in pencil with pen and ink, and also digital media.
